I hereby declare that your debt funds should be released and transferred to your designated bank account with immediate effect as from today 14th of June 2010. I also declare that after a thorough analysis on your debt files and pending obligations, I discovered that you have virtually fulfilled all statutory obligations prescribed by the government of federal republic of Nigeria except the International Funds Transfer Clearance (IFTC).

I therefore grant you to pay the sum of US$320 (Three hundred and twenty United States Dollars) only being for "International Funds Transfer Clearance" to avoid any local and international funds transfer hitch and legalization of funds transfer. Any other outstanding obligation to be redeemed by you should be kept pending and to be settled after transfer is completed in your bank account.

Note, The International Funds Transfer Clearance [IFTC] fee is payable to the account officer of Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) of Nigeria whose name / information will be giving to you upon the receipt of your reply. I made this irrevocable bond declaration today 14th of June 2010 Stamped &Sealed and no other charge(s)/bill(s) should be paid by the fund beneficiary after the International Funds Transfer Clearance [IFTC] fees is paid by the beneficiary.
